We had a fabulous holiday in this van, it was easy to drive , spacious and comfortable. It just needed to be a little better equipped on the inside.

THEY FORGOT TO BUY US DINNER BEFORE THEY FUCKED US!! I will start by saying that the van was excellent and we did love using it. However we did end up renting another van later that was cheaper with a better setup. We were in conversation (5 days before we needed to return the van) to extend the hire dates. All had seemingly been agreed on but we were yet to confirm with a payment. On the last day (when we would have had to return the van) we sent an extension and they cancelled our request because apparently it was wrong, then they resent the exact same extension request which we tried to fill in but were unsuccessful as the app told us the dates were unavailable. We went out of service for 2 hours and let them know, thinking we were on the same page about extending, as we were told it was all fine. (We also became aware there was an AirTag in the van and they would have known where we were so believed that if anything was to change they would have given us ample notice knowing how far away we were). When we came back to service we had a message saying they had accepted a new customer to have the van and that we needed to return the van that night or early the next morning (it was already 7pm and we were on Bruny island: 4 hrs away)!!! . We had to find somewhere to live and clean the van and return it in one day! Dropped off the van and the coward that was in communication with us didnt meet us at the door and instead sent his wife to do his work! They did give us a discounted rate for the last night which was nice but didnt really cover the inconvenience we incurred and loss of time to enjoy our trip, not to mention the financial expense of the whole debacle. Sadly this left a sour taste in our mouth.

Unplugged campervan was the perfect addition for our trip around Tassie. Art was thorough with the handover and gave us helpful tips for our trip. The van is comfy, reliable & equipped with everything we needed. Thank you!!

We really enjoyed our Tassie trip and the camper van was perfect for the two of us. Art always responded promptly to any communication prior to our travels and covered every possible detail on the initial handover. The camper was clean, comfortable and had all the essential items we needed in respect to cooking and bedding. Access to a surfboard was an added bonus.

Had a great time! Thanks a lot Art. Van has everything you need, just be aware if you have a phone with USB-C you will need your own car charger that plugs into the cigarette port.

Art and Elena were both exceptionally professional and easy to deal with. The van is absolutely perfect for touring around Tassie. Overall, we had such a fantastic experience and I give my highest recommendations.

We had a great trip with this little Beauty. We slept very well, good beddings! We didn't miss anything, fine nice kitchen. We really appreciate that the fridge works day and night. Art is a really, really good host. He answered my questions re campgrounds and others immediately. Thank you Art, all the best
