We have hired vans for many years, but this experience was the most disappointing. Paying $200 per night, I expected a van that should have been perfect. It was advertised as having a washing machine but did not. The upholstery on the lounge was very perished which made it quite uncomfortable. This was made worse because we were forced to spend most of our time inside the van due to the rain. I was not permitted to erect a tarp to the side of the van; something I have done on many occasions with no issue and virtually no risk of causing damage. Furthermore, there was no negotiation with this. The cupboards contained items of no use to us and we had very little space to store food. If the fee was more reasonable, I would not have felt the need to voice my concerns, but $200/night was excessive. On a positive note, Chelsea was absolutely lovely. She was friendly and helpful. It is unfortunate that I can not say the same about her husband.

Awesome getaway for the whole family. Plenty of room in the van for my three boys, wife and I. Chelsea and Richard were super friendly and helpful. Will 100% be booking this van again in future.

Chelsea and her husband are awesome. They had everything set up before we got to the site, they also left us some goodies to nibble on, took a couple of calls when we were unsure about a couple of things, and were flexible with times etc. The van has everything you need - even had an extra bike lock for our own bikes! I absolutely recommend these guys, both their van and their service are outstanding.

Such an amazing van! Perfect for families with little ones, those zip up bunk beds are the best. The adult bed is so comfortable. Stayed in it for three weeks and did not want to leave. Awesome, super lovely family that own it too. Very helpful, and they set it all up, ready to go. Highly recommend.

We had a great time renting this caravan! It was spotless, in great condition and had everything included that we could need. The owners took us through what we needed to know and stayed in contact to ensure it went smoothly. Overall it was a great experience!

We loved our weekend getaway in Chelseas van. We didnt have a car that was big enough to tow the van, so we were lucky enough to have it delivered and setup before we arrived. Chelsea was kind enough to supply us with everything we needed from towels and bedding to cheese and biscuits to start the weekend off right. She even bought our 2 young children some gifts to enjoy in their downtime. Chelsea regularly checked in to make sure everything was going ok and made herself available for any issues we may have had. We were unable to get the loo back into place on the last day (even though we followed the instructions set forth at delivery), but Chelsea sorted that for us too. We would definitely recommend this van to anyone looking for a luxe camping experience.
