Bert was fantastic to deal with, very easygoing, and great at communicating. His van met all our expectations. We would definitely hire off Bert again in the future.

No hot water so could not have a shower which was main reason of hiring the van ! Disappointing when I paid $700 for a van for the comfort of a shower ! Really didnt want to fight for a shower with thousands of people at a music festival ! Was told had plenty of gas which obviously was not the case ! Fridge still worked fine and no other issues but the shower was a major issue for us

A perfect family van. We enjoyed 4 nights in this van over the Easter break and we couldn't fault it. The van was equipped with everything we needed and matched the description provided. Bert was very easy to deal with and was very helpful during pick up and drop off. Highly recommend hiring this van!

This was the second time we have hired Bert's van and we weren't disappointed. It's equipped with everything you need to enjoy your holiday and Bert is so easy to deal with. The van is very clean & tidy and handover is a breeze. We will definately hire again in the future.

Bert did a fantastic job explaining the features for the van. He was also very helpful when we had questions on our trip. Van performed very well and is a great size for our family of 5.

We spent a fantastic 4 nights in Bert's caravan and couldn't recommend it more highly. Our three kids had a great time and the caravan was comfortable, clean and worked perfectly. Bert was terrific - communication was easy and he even went as far as changing the plug on my car for me when we realised it was a round 7-pin when his was a flat 7-pin. We'll be back for sure.
