Accessories that came with van were in terrible condition. Camping chairs, crockery etc needs to be replaced and more accurate and clear guidelines on what is included. Owner communication was amazing and quick to respond.

The Motorhome is fine for a short trip to the bush- there are a few damages but Sai was as always agreeable and reasonable. Im using him again in November.

When we picked up motorhome, it had been returned from the previous hirer the day before. I started looking through the cupboards and was shocked that the cheap pots had rust in one of them. There was only 2 cheap plastic plates, one had a bit missing from the rim of it. I had to ask him for some tea towels to dry the dishes. We had to go out of our time to purchase a toilet brush, tongs, plates, a dish brush to wash the dishes with and pot. We couldnt put anything in the top cupboards because the catches dont work properly and our stuff would have fallen out onto the floor. I would have expected some salt and pepper and cushions cos it shows it all in the photos but there was none. One of the pull out cupboards came apart luckily we were able to fix it. The ad says that both passenger and drivers seats swivel (although Sia may have changed the ad). Only the passenger seat does and when sitting in that seat you can only see a little bit of the TV. Sias comment was who watches tv anyway. Sia really needs to make sure that when renting out his deluxe motorhome that it has all the proper plates, pots even a toilet brush before the new hirer drives off. We have owned motorhomes and caravans before and this motorhome is not comfortable.

We were lucky enough to hire the van for a month to explore the NSW Northern Coast. Sai's communication before during and after was friendly and informative. The van drove well and the house part filled all our expectations. We would certainly hire the van again.
