This caravan is old, poorly maintained, dirty, unsafe and not roadworthy. The bathroom floor is rotting. Told the owner and he didnt dispute this. Everything is falling apart. Now the owner is trying to make me pay for damages I didnt do.

Van drove like a dream. Was a little rattly but all the vans Ive driven have been the same. Better stereo system would definitely help.

We hired the RV for over 30 days with a trip up and down the eastern coast. Sais communication was excellent and helpful for novice RV drivers that we were. We had some issues along the way ( created by us) solved by Sai. Even when he was overseas he still got back to us with solutions. Very easy to drive and set up. We were a family of 4 - two boys 8 and 10. Was a great memorable holiday. Thanks Sai.

We had a lovely family holiday and really enjoyed the experience overall. There were a few areas that could be improved, which we were not informed about beforehand. One of the bedside blockout blind not working properly. Bathroom and washroom were not well cleaned on handover. Some cupboards opened while driving. Bathroom glass cupboard does not close properly and was noisy. Air conditioner is quite loud. Seat cushions keep slipping off. Door step button not working (manual pull required). Water heater stopped working after a few days. Overall cleaning and general maintenance could be improved.

Accessories that came with van were in terrible condition. Camping chairs, crockery etc needs to be replaced and more accurate and clear guidelines on what is included. Owner communication was amazing and quick to respond.

The Motorhome is fine for a short trip to the bush- there are a few damages but Sai was as always agreeable and reasonable. Im using him again in November.
