Second time staying in this van and it was great for our family of 5 for one whole week. The air-con was nice and cold and fridge worked well. We will book this van again - it's not the prettiest or most luxurious caravan but it definitely served our purpose. Thanks again for letting us stay in the old family girl :)

I am sorry I have not had time to respond as I still have my grandchildren here. I am sorry to say it was our first & last experience with a caravan. I had to clean it before we went in as everything was dirty. That may be due to COVID I am not sure. But honestly to say James & Emma were so helpful to even give us there children's bikes free of charge to use & a large Webber even though we paid for the baby one. But sadly to say everything was old & dirty. I did not expect that but had no choice but to clean it all up & make the best out off it.

The van was really cute, it is how it has been described in the ad. We had trouble working out how to get the gas stove working and the owners went out of their way to send someone out to show us what we were doing wrong so we could continue enjoying our holiday.

A spacious van, great for a family with 3 kids with excellent air conditioning for the hot weather! The van is as described - it is basic but fair for the price.

The Old Family Girl was well loved by my family of 4. Spacious, comfortable, super convenient. Appreciate the attention to detail and gradual renovation of her. The air con was so appreciated in the hot weather. She is a lovely vintage caravan! James was extremely responsive in bookings and communication was excellent. Look forward to hiring her again soon.

Check in was so easy as James set up the Caravan for us and the aircon was on and everything ready to go. The caravan is basic but quite comfortable. A major improvement that would make this caravan much better is that there is flatscreens on only two windows but those two dont open. All other windows dont have fly screens which made it hot and stuffy at night. We didnt want to sleep with aircon on. It would have been nice to have a larger mat area to step out on to and the caravan could do with a really good clean (onsite cupboards etc). We couldnt get the tv to work at all which would have been handy for our kids as it rained on one of the nights.

We had a great stay on the old family girl. Delivery and set up was great and we would definitely book again for our next trip in Umina.
