This is the second year we have hired this motorhome. We are a family of 6 and it has great facilities enough space for us, is always clean, Vicki is extremely helpful with everything through booking, handover and pick ups. Even when we left something important in the motorhome, Vicki let us know and posted it back. We will be hiring again next year and highly recommend this Motorhome! Thank you so much.

Vicki and Gary have been such a pressure to deal with. Everything was made very easy. The van was great no issues it was perfect. Vicki was amazing at getting back to me and making me feel listened too and helped with any concerns. Cant wait for our next hire. Thanks again guys

We had a wonderful trip into Central Queensland aboard Serenity which provided a cosy and reliable home on wheels for our trip. Vicki and Garry were great to deal with and were very grateful to them for being so helpful throughout the process.

We had a great time, very convenient having everything at your fingertips.The van was so well set up and the large fridge was extremely welcome. Any questions we had on our trip were quickly answered and resolved. The van was very easy to drive and quite economical on fuel. We will definitely keep Vicki and Gary in mind should we need to hire an RV again.

Our very first time hiring a motorhome and The couple themselves that we hired from were nice . The van itself The thing we Noticed the first night it wouldnt stop swaying we felt like we were on a boat in the sea getting knocked around a lot and that didnt sit well with us as every movement you made in the van you could feel it even just walking around . It Definitely needs something to stabilise it as we thought it did have the airbag things but wasnt the case at all. The aircon I think needs to be degassed . The beds were dusty a little uncomfortable maybe a thicker mattress other than that . We enjoyed our time away.

We travelled with our child and 2 dogs and the van was very clean and easy to drive. We did find it was extremely loud inside the cabin when driving, so we had to speak loud to talk to each other. The king bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked a treat when at a powered site. The fridge is a bit old and rusted inside, which is was worried about, but it worked totally fine. The queen bed isnt a "bed", but more so cushions converted to a bed. I recommend bringing a mattress topper for a comfortable sleep. The area behind the driver's cabin gets very warm as there isn't any air flow, so we bought a portable fan and plugged that in and it worked well to cool that area down whilse travelling. Vicki was great with communication, went through everything about the motorhome at pick up and was easy to contact if we have any queries. We were provided with cooking utensils, crockery etc, blankets, DVDS and coffee/tea/sugar along with cleaning products which was fantastic and very appreciated. Definitely will recommend to friends and family who want to try a motorhome :)
