Great van to take away. We were off grid and just used a small generator to run the coffee machine and aircon on one hot day. Wayne was great to deal with, good communication and handovers were seamless. Ill use the van again

As it was our first time caravanning, Wayne was very helpful in explaining everything in advance, and was helpful when we had minor problems like provided a new tow ball as the one we had on our car was a little low For the can. The flexibility with pickup and drop off was also appreciated. Thanks Wayne! Little connecting water that was quickly rectified.

Van was exactly how described with excellent communication and customer service from Wayne, he explained in full detail how to operate everything on pickup, and supplied and fitted towing mirrors and brake controller, an excellent experience from the moment I booked, I highly recommend Ballarat Caravan Hire for their customer service, their clean well kept vans and the excellent communication from the time of booking, on pickup, during hire and return. I will definitely be using them again soon
