Raine met up with me at the airport which was very convenient not to have to travel to pickup the van. Raine showed me how to use the power, take out the awning and shower. The van is easy to drive however please note it does not have parking sensors or reverse camera so make sure you have either a spotter or a lot of room to park if you are not experienced parking larger vehicles. My two kids (10y and 7y) slept next to each other in the bed, it was enough space for the 3 of us. One big blanket and heaps of pillows were provided! There were camping chairs, a basic stove and picnic basket included - fridge/freezer was awesome! Thank you we had a great time!

We had a great time, van was as described. Easy to drive and Raine was fantastic to deal with! Would book it again.

Great trip!! Van was clean and spacious, with a fridge and plenty of storage. It was in great condition, felt so safe driving it! Had a lovely trip to Byron!! Raine was the greatest host, so helpful and even dropped us at home after. So enjoyed my trip in the Silver Surfer, Id recommend it to anyone!

The van was in good condition, it was on the tighter end for 3 adults sleeping but that was expected. Good for a trip over a few days. Raine was really good to deal with, very helpful, and she met us at the pick up and drop off times we requested for our flights, which was very handy!

The van accommodated everything we needed, slept 2 of us comfortably, provided great shade for campsite and plenty of storage. Highly recommend
