Perfect for our family of 4 to take away for a few nights camping. Harry was easy to deal with. The van towed well & was easy to set up & pack down. We will hire again next time.

Definitely not as « excellent » as expected. The van itself is good but might start to be old and unless delivered extremely clean you can tell its aging. The cleanliness was pretty poor inside, all cupboards and draws had sand, hair and all sorts The toilet flush apparently broke the morning of, we only used it a couple of times for « emergency » because it was also quite dirty and didnt smell nice. The fridge took at least 8 hours to cool down and that wasnt ideal when you have so much food waiting to go in it. Beds were really comfortable and linen clean. The a/c was doing such a low rattling noise. Now the van comes with chairs - note that 2 of them are totally broken, and 2 are okay. The table is not too bad. For the kitchen ustensiles you have the bare minimum also. (Luckily we were camping as a group to share). Now the kitchen sink does NOT drain at all. My husband has tried everything but still wont drain so avoid doing dishes or anything inside. We had the van dropped off to us which was the best but no instructions whatsoever; lucky we rent the same one a year ago. I wouldnt rent it again.

Harry was an absolute pleasure to work with. He delivered the van to our caravan park ands set up everything. Harry also returned to pack it all away on checkout and ensured our experience was easy. With a family this was so appreciated and took the pressure off hiring a caravan.

Harry was great to deal with. It was our first time to ever tow a van so we had a lot of questions while out on the road, Harry was very prompt in responding to all of our queries. The van itself was good for our family of 4 and we would consider hiring through Harry again.

Harry was a fantastic host. We had a great time in the van. It needs a little TLC and a few essentials re-stocked in the kitchen and outside, as well as a deep clean, but overall having all linen was fabulous and it towed well. Thank you Harry, we made fabulous memories!
