Kylie was very helpful and communicative. A little mishap during the journey but Kyile was on top of things and were able to resolve the situation. The camper is clean and spacious. We had a great holiday in this camper!

First time RV Driver. Derek took his time to explain everything to us in detail. He was very thorough. The van itself was very comfortable. A time house in the move and had everything we needed.Our daughter was very comfortable and enjoyed it a lot. We will definitely hire again from them.

Derek was outstanding as a van owner and made the entire process so easy for us, happy to accommodate our needs for linen, bedding and transport as we flew in from QLD. He gave clear instructions about everything external and internal to the van and made sure we knew how to operate everything before we drove away. It was a perfect size for our group of four adults (two couples) and was also super warm and cosy on those rainy or chilly days. We had both double beds set up all the time with still plenty of space for cooking and eating. The mattresses were super comfortable and we all got some amazing zzzs! Being automatic, the van was easy to drive and with the help of the rear camera and screen, parking wasnt a problem. Setting up was fast at each campsite... we simply threw down the mesh flooring, rolled out the awning and pulled out the camp chairs and tables. Off to the surf in record time! Derek supplied many extras such as torches, insect repellent, cooking and cleaning essentials for which we were very grateful. All up we had a fabulous time and would recommend Derek and his van to anybody considering a fun, comfortable, hassle free camping holiday.
