The van was just what we wanted. The extras left by previous campers like salt, pepper and detergent were greatly appreciated. I didn't realise it would be a self-service pickup until very close to travel time. This was fine for us as we have hired similar vans before. However, if you have no experience with campervans make sure you are comfortable with knowing how everything works before you pick up. Ask lots of questions. Communication was very good. Also make sure you allow plenty of time to find a suitable park for the dropoff. It can get busy. I would hire this van again.

We had a wonderful time in this van. Snug but very well resourced it was perfect for our 5 day trip. Van drove well, tables and camping chairs were really great. Beds were comfortable and we slept very well. I think it's perfect for two adults and two children as I slept in the upper bed which was quite snug. Communication with Hui was excellent. Always very clear, prompt replies and clear instructions for pick up and drop off. Easy to find and ready to go from pick up. If everyone followedHui's instructions to wash and clean the van thoroughly at drop off for the next people and then it would be perfect. A lovely van with lots of character.

We really enjoyed Tasmanië and the van met all our expectations. It is a big van with enough room and it drives perfectly.

When we picked up the van it was so full of previous hirers food, belongings and rubbish plus an enormous amount of bedding there was no room for any of our belongings. We spent a half day cleaning and clearing it. Only 1 of the gas rings worked. The cover for the hook up electric socket outside was missing and rain was getting in. We had difficulty finding the trip switch inside the van to turn on electricity and the housing around it had broken and the electric wires were hanging dangerously in the cupboard. The pot handle was broken and none of the pot lids fitted anything. There was no water in the water tank. We never met the owner but in our communication with him about having to clean and clear the van he said he would reimburse us some money. That never happened. The positive note was that the bed was comfortable and it was easy to drive

Communication with Hui was quick and smooth. The van needs to go in for inspection, but otherwise everything was fine and as described.

Great van, it has everything you need and it worked perfectly in our roadtrip to Cradle mountain. The communication was really good and easy.

Everything worked nice for our trip, we didn't meet Alex, and the van was not super clean - which you should be okay with if you're renting it. Also there where lots of dirty sheets in the van from (I guess) the previous guests. Not a big issue, but less storage space. Besides that everything was there what you need. Overall still a good experience and I would do it again.

This was a wonderful little van for the three of us, it drives well and reliably took us around Tasmania. Alex left easy instructions for the van and communicated well. Having the space to stand and the kitchen be inside the van is a huge plus for the rain in Tasmania. There was some broken crockery, and the water cap can be difficult to remove and replace (this seems to just be a design issue), but overall everything worked perfectly and was in great condition. We had no issues at all on our trip. Thanks so much Alex!
