We had a great experiencing with Gary and his van! Gary was really quick, clear and friendly with his communication, and even gracious with granting a last minute extension to our booking. The van is exactly as described and as in the pictures, very clean, simple and comfortable. Had all the necessities for camping - we literally only needed to bring clothes and food! Gary was so kind in leaving a few snacks and water in the van for us :). Really great experience and wouldnt hesitate to book again! Thanks again Gary!

I had a great time (only one night, wish it were longer!). Gary was very easy to communicate with through the entire booking process and he put time into making sure I was comfortable with all the vans equipment etc. before I left. The van itself was great. Having never driven a van before I was quite nervous but it was a very easy drive and I was surprised with how quickly I became comfortable driving it. I highly recommend 10/10

Honestly the best experience we could have had! Van is fully kitted with everything you need, owners are friendly left Easter eggs and even treats for our dog. Highly recommend!

The Escape Pod does exactly what it says, its the perfect van for an adventure out of the city. Its also a dream to drive and we found a place for everything easily within the van. Not only is the mattress super comfortable but the sheer joy of being able to peek outside at the sunrise without faffing around with tent zippers has got me hooked on van life! We stayed in an unpowered site and the fridge easily kept going with the solar panels. From start to finish Gary's communication is fantastic, taking the time to show us round how everything works without making it feel too complicated. Handover was smooth, as was our return of the van. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Escape Pod for those looking for a little adventure without the set up/pack up time of a tent.

Garys van is fantastic. It had everything we needed for our holiday and we really appreciate how clean it was when we picked it up. Sleeping in the van was very comfortable. Communication with Gary was easy and we wouldnt hesitate to hire this van again

Gary's van was just perfect . . . clean, very comfortable & lovely to drive. It's equipped with everything you need for van escape adventure. The handover was quick, informative & friendly. Loved the little complimentary road trip treats too, a thoughtful touch. I would recommend renting the Happy Sydney Escape Pod to anyone.

Clean, modern van. Easy to drive, economical, everything you need for a short break and everything works. Super comfy, quiet and warm to sleep in, with clever remote-controlled rooftop vent & fan for ventilation. Owners great to deal with and the app makes it easy to take care of the hiring details. Highly recommend!
