Had a wonderful time- pick up and drop off very easy. Great communication with host. Van included basics to start (1 roll toilet paper, tissues, wipes, garbage bags, salt, pepper, picnic rug, blanket, table and chairs). We paid extra for cleaning and was worth having the extra time to relax but the van is so tidy when you pick up, its very easy to keep clean also. Extras- we got linen and was great to have the bed set up for us! I would definitely recommend adding an umbrella or sun shade, we are from Newcastle (NSW) and the UV was much hotter and would have meant we could stay longer on the beach. Would also recommend either taking a snorkel set or adding one, so many beautiful snorkelling spots in WA! You dont want to miss out. Got to love roaming in Roma! Wonderful hosts, Best fun ever.

For the price point, the Greta van is great for those on a budget. It has all the basics like a bed, seating area and small kitchenette. Tracys communication was excellent and she was very patient and understanding. What we liked: - Price - Reliability of Van - Communication with Tracy and her understanding - Gas cooktop and portable gas cooker - Water tank - Fairly comfortable - Bluetooth speaker - Extras: high powered fan, snorkelling gear, umbrella - Lots of USB ports - Two power points - Microwave and kettle - Cruise control: ask how it works though - Whistles built into grill of van to deter animals - Solar Things to note: - Dull cutlery and scissors - Water not drinkable - Fridge door opens if there is too much weight from items in door - A little small for people over 6 foot when in driver/passenger seat and for bed. - Storage: no room for solid suitcase to be stored, but we just moved ours around - Needs an upholstery clean - Sink tap too short and requires pressing a button to activate - Solar doesnt power the points, just USB, points require cable at sites. - AUX cable does not work - Eye masks if you dont want to wake up early

We had an amazing 10 day trip in Matilda around the south west coast. She was a delight, making the trip easy and fun. Perfect layout and all the things you need for your journey. 10/10 recommended :)

We had a great time in the van. We spent five days heading down the coast of WA. It was easy to drive and manage throughout the whole trip and Tracy was quick to get back to us if we needed anything. Would recommend to anyone.

All went well. We had a very tight schedule going from Perth to Exmouth and back in 10 days. The van provided us everything we needed for that road trip. We appreciated the fridge a lot to be able to keep things cool. The freezer really freezed our food, so we used it for meat that we baked on bbq's on camping sites. We slept the entire time in the van with two people and not in a tent to save us time. Of course then we always needed to move our stuff in front because the van is not super big. However it is worth the price. A strong little van it is. It is not brand new but does what it needs to do for two people. We had a little issue with the back door but the owner wa very communicative and helped us as much as they could and luckily the problem solved itself in a bit of time so no repair was needed. It was our first time to travel with a campervan and was a very interesting and beautiful experience to discover West-Australia's nature and sealife. The owners were very communicative and explained everything thoroughly. It was an overall good experience.

The overall experience was good. The van set up was good as you could cook breakfast in the van standing up which was handy. The curtains need to be washed or replaced tho as they were quite dirty. The van was tiring to drive long distances as it would get blown about the road quite a bit on windy days and felt every bump along the way. A full tank of fuel was 60 litres and that only got us 500ks so it was a bit thirty to be fair. The mattress could do with replacing as well as it sunk in the middle. The passenger seatbelt was uncomfortable for my wife as the plastic side clip had been removed. For the overall amount of money we spent we feel a little under done as the van is getting old now and needs more TLC than it might be worth for the hire price. Overall van experience to be fair was a 5/10 just average straight down the middle. Tracy was very nice and her communication was excellent. A better van for shorter distances.

This trip was one of the best weve ever had & the van made it all possible! We had a couple hiccups on the first day all of which were easily fixed through communication with Tracy. Tracy and Andrew were very reliable and made us feel very at ease the whole time, especially as this was our first trip of this kind. We would definitely have Matilda again and would recommend to anyone!
