Jason was helpful with showing us everything we needed to know about the campervan (it was our first time using one). He also sent us written instructions in case we needed to refer back to anything and we were reassured he was only a phone call or message away if we had any more questions. The campervan was easy to drive, very clean, and had lots of space for our family of 4. We made good use of all the compartments around the place. The lights, appliances and equipment worked fine, and the table and chairs came in very handy. Wed certainly book with Jason again next time.

Great it was easy to drive and Jason was easy to deal with, the only downside is the kitchen window was missing a curtain so people can see straight into the bathroom door. Besides this I would happily hire again!

Overall a good experience. The van had everything we needed for our family getaway. Sleeps 4 comfortably, 5 at a squeeze. Wifi in the van was a nice touch. Thanks Jason.

Jason was fantastic with communication once we were in the van but prior to, he mustve checked it from previous person at same time he handed it over to us because toilet was not working and there was dirty linen which we paid for at the laundromat to get clean. No costs were deducted from our stay due to not having access to a toilet. Very inconvenient especially given the wet weather.

The van worked fine. - No cooking options inside. Microwave was provided but none of the dishes were microwave friendly. Portable cooktop provided worked well for outside. - the owner instructed us to do deep cleaning before drop-off, which I didnt find reasonable as the van didnt seem to have been deep cleaned before us. - the owner expected us to bring our own toilet cassette chemicals and only instructed us to do so at the day if drop off.

Perfect for what we needed and slept our family of 5. The vans exterior / interior condition is not as new as the pictures suggest and handover could have gone a little smoother.
