We rented this van for 8 days. Overall, it was a good experience, but there are definitely a few things that could be improved. When we picked up the van, we were told that coffee was included, but apparently the last guests finished it and it was never replaced. The van also didnt have basic items like salt and pepper, which every other van we saw had (small details that make a difference on a road trip) The van itself didnt feel very stable, even a bit of wind made it shake quite a lot, which wasnt very comfortable. Other than that, everything worked fine, and the layout was convenient, but we expected a bit more attention to detail considering the price and what was advertised

Collecting Katie & the handover was easy. Good vehicle to drive. I found the mattress a bit hard so a thick underlay wouldve made it more comfortable. Otherwise everything else was fantastic! Had a fun time with Katie.

On July 29th, the camper van, affectionately named "Katie," became an integral part of my travels throughout the South West region. Our journey, spanning from Australind to Esperance and back, was conducted with both comfort and ease, thanks to Katie's reliable performance. She facilitated exploration of Western Australia's scenic beaches and charming towns. Moreover, Katie provided a secure and sheltered environment for restful sleep at each of the seven campsites we utilized. The vehicle accommodated all necessary provisions for preparing hot meals and storing chilled beverages. I highly recommend "Katie" as an excellent travel companion for any individual seeking a dependable camper van.

Over all review I booked for 4 days however I only went away for 2 as the mattress was so thin and hard it was too painful to sleep on. The stereo lost reception when I left the metro area and cd player was not working. Only flywire on the windows was in the top two. The others didnt have wire so couldnt have open. It was very hot both nights. The plug in sink leaked but not a game changer. When I told the hirer wife I was just told they didnt know. And I should have read the paperwork in the glove box as it had blue tooth for the radio. I would have if Id known but wasnt relayed. If Id been told the mattress was not thick enough to sleep on I would have made other arrangements Van ran really well.
