Reading the instructions beforehand enabled a problem free 2 weeks. Good service and very helpful at pick up and drop off. Well designed van.

We spent 4 incredible months travelling Australia in this Mercedes Sprinter from Offset Campers the setup was perfect, the bed super comfy, and the solar let us stay off-grid for days! We barely needed powered sites, which gave us the freedom to explore some amazing remote spots. Leon was amazing to deal with and made the whole experience effortless. Couldnt recommend Offset Campers more we had the absolute BEST time!

We had an amazing time in this van. It was beautifully fitted out with every thing we needed easily accessible. Very clean. Owner and staff were accommodating to our needs and made life easy. Hopefully we will be back again soon

Amazing amazing amazing! Leon and Tuk run a great ship. We had a great few days on the road. They spared no expense, all equipment was premium and we really felt the difference. Van was clean and set up really well. Leon was always quick to respond. Well be back for the 4 seater and will be bringing some friends next time. Offset has a new lifetime customer.

This van had been newly remodeled from a mini bus to a Campervan. It drove well. Fresh water tap was nice. Bed very comfortable. Unfortunately we got blamed for normal wear and tear of fresh paint chipping off from travel with luggage and children. Im then told your cant travel with a suitcase despite using the drawers. A heavy draw with crockery wouldnt latch properly due to the weight then windy roads so plates chipped. There didnt seem to be any understanding with actually using this on road rather than in a yard. Nothing to secure belongings that didnt fit into drawers. Im now being charged for this. Ive hired vans before with camplify and this is the first time basic wear and tear is being charged . I liked the van considering its manual and an old vehicle re modeled. I dont think I should be charged with remodeling defects.

Our holiday to Wilsons Promontory in this van was everything we wanted and more. It was our first trip using a Campervan through Camplify and they made the whole process super easy/enjoyable. Would highly recommend :)

We had a great experience with the Premium 3AS Mercedes Sprinter van. Communication with the owner was excellent, with quick callbacks and clear instructional videos that made operating the van easy. The diesel appliances and heater worked perfectly, and the linen was warm and comfortable. Storage was generous, the blockout blinds were very handy, and the fly screens would be useful in summer. To make the trip more comfortable, I added a larger dirt-catching mat, a lightweight long-handle sweeper, and an extra step for getting onto the bed. The only downside was cleanliness I gave the van a full clean before setting off and swapped out the cutlery. There was also some discussion about a small mark in the window, though we couldnt confirm this was caused during our hire. Overall, the van was reliable, comfortable, and well-equipped, and wed happily recommend it.

Spent a week in this van. Loved every bit of it. It's very well designed and has everything one can imagine. The power backup is crazy, we dint even need to plug in anywhere. Will definitely hire again.
