We were lead to believe that Hannah was the owner and that was who we were communicating with prior to travel however it became clear that wasnt the case. Handover was also done by another third party who didnt know some pretty important details about the van which meant we had to message Hannah a lot in the first few days. So many completely wrong and omitted instructions were given at handover it made for a frustrating start to the holiday. Also things like a broken and unusable awning which wasnt even mentioned until we brought it up on handover. So many frustrations we havent got space to list. The van is quite worn out on the inside with a window not working two drawers sticky taped shut and things like that. The pillows were shockingly bad, an outdoor table covered in mould, a plastic bag of mismatched cutlery, no bath mat, threadbare teatowels. (We paid $100 for linen). We felt a bit ripped off considering how much we paid for 2 weeks almost $5000. We just assumed everything would be in working order. We are sadly unlikely to use Camplify again after this experience.

Our getaway in this Motorhome was a lot of fun. We have a caravan of our own so this was a new experience. The loved the simplicity of set up and pack up. It was very easy to drive and well appointed. The hand over was quick and easy and the owners were lovely people. I would not hesitate to recommend this motorhome to others wanting to hire it.

We had the most incredible trip up & down the west coast in Albert - I couldn't have asked for a better motorhome for myself, my husband and our 3 year old son! Plenty of space and luxury finishes inside. All communication was fantastic both before & during our trip! We look forward to another adventure with Albert!
