Amy's van is great for a couple. Everything you need. Only 12V power capability, which is fine, but just so people are aware. Great communication. For inexperienced people, I'd say really listen to set up instructions. It's easy to forget.

My partner and I hired this hybrid caravan for a short stay in Lakes Entrance, Victoria and couldn't have been happier with how well it worked for us. Much the same as another reviewer, this was my first time towing a caravan, so there was a bit of work required to set up my MR Triton for the journey. Furthermore there was plenty of researching done before even starting our trip, but there are a number of good videos online for the MDC XT12-HR, solidifying this van as the perfect choice for couples wanting to experience the next step up from a tent, swag, or camper trailer. The Camplify communication with Amy was stress-free, with pickup and drop-off both made just as easy. Handover was completed swiftly and included a short walkthrough/inspection where we were able to complete the Camplify checklists then be on our way. In our short stay, we endured rain, hail and shine, but the van held strong with absolutely no issues, making our first caravan experience really enjoyable. If we ever need a small hybrid van, we'd gladly hire this again. Thanks Amy.

We loved our trip away in Amy's van. This was my first time towing a van. I had the tow vehicle (VW Amarok v6) wired and setup for van towing only a couple of weeks before the trip, however everything went completely as planned. Amy's van is very compact, towed beautifully, and was very easy to manoeuvre when reversing etc., even for a first timer. The van was neat and tidy and Amy provided a thorough walk through of the van setup at pickup. By the time we arrived at our camp destination, I had forgotten some of Amy's instructions so perhaps a written cheat sheet on van setup and backup would have been useful. We were camping with another couple who had prior experience so they could help resolve most of the questions I had. Overall, I was very pleased with the hiring experience and I would hire from Amy again without hesitation, she was super easy to deal with. Many thanks Amy :-)
