Was great to hire the Active Camper as a try before we buy experience. Shaun was easy to communicate with and very easy going. This camper is very easy to operate. Would highly recommend.

The camper was very disappointing. The driving part was terrific, but back of that was terrible. The floor was effectively unroadworthy, with large areas soft where moisture had rotted the flooring, that had been marked in large yellow tape to identify. We were told it was due to be replaced after our hire, shame all the work hadn't been done prior. The van smelt of urine, once we had removed the ambi-pur from the toilet power socket. The smell from the deodorizer was so strong it had to be removed at our first coffee stop, as I was getting a headache. The cupboards were full of left over items that were of no use. The only glass in the van was 1 broken plastic wine glass. The cutlery draw was filthy. The fan over the shower was faulty. I had to go to Bunnings and buy a hose fitting, as the one supplied from where the hose connects to the van, had no washer and was losing a lot of water, as pointed out to us from the park owner. The air conditioner was so noisy it had to be turned off during the night, and they were hot nights during our hire. Most of the blinds had been damaged and all were hard to use. No where on your web site was there any mention of the van been being faulty or in urgent need of repair. We have since returned and told everyone of our experience and will continue to until some form of compensation is considered. We are ex caravan owners and understand that these vehicles a large moving infrastructure, but we never expected to be given a tired, faulty, dirty camper. Very disappointed.

The van was fantastic, just what i had expected. Compared with our previous camping holidays, I really enjoyed the ease of set up and pack down. It is a very basic but well appointed caravan with great features to make cooking, storage and general living very simple. While it rained the whole time we were out, the van did not disappoint and kept us dry and cozy. We had a great time and 10/10 would recommend Outbound Adventure.

Highly recommended!!! I have hired different types of vans from Shaun at Outbound Adventure and its always really easy at hand over and drop off, Vans are in good condition (the last van was for the beach and sand so we had a slightly more used one) it completely served its purpose and was comfortable for our trip to straddie with 3 kids. Thanks again Shaun and Outbound Adventure

This is our second time hiring through outbound adventure. The van was absolutely perfect for the 2 weeks we were away! Absolutely no issues and the handover was super easy! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family van! Will definitely book again!
