We had a great long weekend in the van travelling to Port Macquarie. The van did everything we wanted and was more comfortable to sleep in than I expected. Would definitely use Elite again

Tracy was so lovely, we ran into a few bumps on the road and she was amazing! She accommodated everything and was super nice about it. We had the van for just over a month and it was reliable. A couple minor things went wrong with kailani but either way they were sorted quite quickly.

Pros - Van drives great! No issues with that at all on a longer trip - Big fridge and a freezer! - Inbuilt fan which was super handy - Nice design - Decent storage for 2 people for 4 weeks Bed is comfy Cons - The sliding door broke a few days in and needed fixing. When we spoke with Tracey it seemed she didnt believe us - The mechanism in the table that enables it to switch from a table to a bed broke a week in. When we asked to get it fixed, Tracey told us it had to be done in house (we were 1 week into a 4 week trip) so wed have to just deal with it by unscrewing all the screws each time. Traceys communication was dismissive, not once apologising or recognising the inconvenience. When we dropped it back off, she claimed it just needed a bit more strength to sort it (theres 2 of us, and my partner holds a national record for weightlifting so can reassure you, that was not the issue) - Having to screw the table on and off each day with a screwdriver really negatively impacted our experience of living in this van. - another incident when we noticed a chip in the windscreen- we asked Tracey if this was new or existing and she said it was definitely new. We drove an hour out of the way to find a suitable windscreen repair place. When we got there they told us it was existing and had already been filled. When we brought this info back to Tracey, she said she didnt actually check and so that must be true. - at the end of our trip, we were told wed gone over the kms by $850+ worth, which was physically impossible so I challenged it (we mapped our route out specifically not to go over and actually should have been under). Then she came back and said actually its $350 worth and shed made an error Still waiting to find out if well have to pay that but dont feel confident in trusting the information shes providing at this stage. They have several identical model vans also, so advise others to take photos of the kms when you pick up and drop off!! - the van on collection wasnt as clean as youd expect for the price, hairs in the fridge, thick dust on the van, food bits and bottle tops down the seats etc. we had to clean it before using it. - we paid extra for table and chairs but the table was worn, wonky and had a crack underneath so couldnt really be used for any task that put pressure on it like cutting veg or working Overall, great van, rubbish service, not worth the price in our opinion.

A clean and organised camper. Along with easy instructions on how to pick it up (even when the owners are not present). Would recommend for anyone who was a first time camper like myself

Very recommended! We had two lovely weeks with Casa Maya. The pop-up Roof is very nice if youre tall and if you want to stand while youre cooking. You need to drive every two-three days to charge the battery but was fine for us :) (recharge only with solar panels is very slow). You can check the battery level anytime with an app. We really enjoyed our time! Thank you

We had an awesome weekend away in the toy hauler. An easy tow and great position for pickup and drop off. The guys from Elite were easy with communication and timing for our adventure. Well be back! Thanks Guys

Very easy to drive van. Very handy to be able to be off grid and not rely on. Van was very clean, well equipped kitchenette and comfortable double bed. Great communication from Tracy. Would highly recommend :)
