Great van and communication

Van was as listed and super easy to drive. The rear mirror was quite annoying as we couldn't make it to work as a simple mirror instead of a rear camera. Van was smelly and it looks like the smell came from the seats and/or the mattress, we had to buy car perfume. On top of that, we couldn't use the rooftop tent because it was quite dirty when we opened it, there were used kleenex thrown inside. Kitchen stuff were greasy and stove had only one part working. These were things that bothered us quite much, but still the van drives super well and we had a great time with it.

Great van, exactly what we wanted for the trip. Comfortable and nice to drive. Perfect size for two people. The cutlery and fridge were not as clean as we would have hoped. When I collected the van the battery was dead and needed to charge for 30mins to revive before being able to charge while driving, this was pretty inconvenient as I didnt have easy access to a power point as I lived in a high rise apartment. Overall great communication with host and collection and drop off was very smooth. No issues with finding parking when returning the van either. I would recommend this van but be aware to plan for potential charging

We had a perfect little getaway with Arthur's van with everything what we needed handy for the weekend! I got all my questions answered and handover was smooth and straightforward. Van is spacious, comfortable and easy to drive - shame it was such a short trip!

We had an amazing trip with this camper van! It was super comfortable, easy to drive, and had everything we needed for the journey. The experience was unforgettable, and we truly enjoyed every moment on the road. The only small detail was that the kitchen could have been a bit cleaner and more organized, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

Van was everything I needed it to be for 6-7 days offgrid, including the electronics. I did use my own camping chairs / table etc, but I would hire again. The van itself is modern, easy to drive. Good communication from Arthur as well.

We had a great time. Really comfortable van well equipped.
