The van was an excellent addition to our camping trip, and really made the difference. But more than the van, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with Carl. Carl's assistance before & during pick-up was top-notch, especially in helping me prepare for my first trip with the camper trailer. There was an incident with the trailer towards the end of the trip, which wasn't anyone's fault. However, Carl's cooperation & patience in dealing with situation was absolutely a pleasure. Only suggestion I would have is to ensure use of tie-down straps as additional fail-safe to hold the roof in place during transit for peace of mind.
