The Blue Mountains is part of the Great Dividing Range, stretching from the edge of Sydney’s west towards rural NSW as far out as Oberon. The Blue Mountains climate can be somewhat more temperate than Sydney, with cool winters and mild to warm summers. It can get much cooler the higher up you go, so remember to pack warm clothes!
