How it works

When Instant Book is enabled, any hirer who meets your criteria (age, dates, duration) can book and pay immediately. You receive a notification confirming the booking rather than a request for approval.

The benefits

• More bookings: Hirers prefer instant confirmation. Many will choose an Instant Book listing over a similar one that requires approval.

• Less admin: You don't need to manually review and approve every request.

• Better search ranking: Instant Book listings may receive a visibility boost in search results.

• Captures impulse bookings: Hirers who are ready to book right now won't wait for a response.

Things to consider

• You'll need to keep your calendar and availability meticulously up to date, since any open date can be booked immediately

• You may receive bookings from hirers you haven't vetted through conversation first — though all hirers go through Camplify's ID and licence verification
