Special towing information
To ensure the handover procedure flows as smooth as possible please note the following information; All campers & vans come with a 7 Pin Flat Plug and Electric Brakes, please make sure that your vehicle have "Electric Brakes Controller" fitted by Auto Electrician. We recommend that you have 50A Anderson plug installed on your car at the same time. To avoid unnecessary delays, we kindly ask to remove your tow-ball on your tow-bar’s tongue and ensure the tongue width does not exceed 75mm as it will not allow the hitch to correctly attach to the tongue if it’s wider than 75mm. D-shackles will be provided with your van. The shackles will be used to connect safety chains to your towbar and need to be rated at least 1500KG each for campers with ATM 3000KG or less but more than 2000KG.

Additional information
Air conditioner & power points only work on 240 volt. Please note: Pick up and drop off Monday to Friday 8am - 2pm. We are not open on Public Holidays. Toilet MUST be cleaned before returning van. Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Jason 5.0The staff at Maverick did an excellent job of explaining all the workings of the camper. Taking the time to do this ensured everything worked as it should and we had no problems at all over the time we were away. The camper was well equipped with everything we needed to be "off grid camping". We would be keen to hire in the future from Maverick.
