Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Melanie 5.0Our trip was great, Thanks to the Happy Hauler it made it so easy. We took 6 push bikes, 2 kids and 2 Adults to a mountain if festival at Thredbo so definitely made the trip a success! Sam and Shane were great communicators, we would definitely consider it again

Balraj 5.0Happy Hauler was simply fantastic- it comfortably fit our family in for the week and it contained everything we needed and more. We especially appreciated the drop-down ramp. The van was completely spotless and has quality equipment to make life easier. On pickup, Samantha and Shane shared a lot of good information about the van and caravanning in general, and their communication throughout was timely and responsive- much more so than ours! I highly recommend the Happy Hauler for anyone looking to take their family out an adventure, but particularly for larger families- there is enough room to make it feel not at all claustrophobic, which we really like.
