Additional information
We hire Basecamp Retreat to help other families discover the beautiful sights of our region whilst making memories with your family. The van includes a microwave, fridge, cutlery for 5, plates, bowls, cups and mugs for 5, pots and frypan, chopping board, kettle and toaster. When your journey ends, please return the Basecamp Retreat tidy and ready for its next adventure. Ensure the hotplate is free of grease and the fridge and bathroom wiped over. If you use the toilet, please ensure the cassette is emptied, rinsed and new solution is added. If you have made use of our linen, please ensure it is stripped from the beds and placed in the bathroom. Please ensure the gas bottle is refilled.
Hiring rules
- No smoking or pets allowed in the van.
- Please refil the gas bottle. A $35.00 fee will be charged if the gas bottle is not refilled.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
