Additional information

Outback Paj has dual zone climate controlled Air conditioning that extends all the way the back row. The entertainment system includes navigation system, reversing camera, apple and android carplay. Additional Extras fitted to the Outback Paj: * Electric brake controller (Redarc Tow-Pro) * Upgraded suspension with air suspension (Airbags) * Anderson plug receiver to charge caravan when driving We also offer airport delivery/drop off for $120.00 each way 300km/day max extra km $1.00.5/km after.

Hiring rules

  • We want everyone to enjoy their holiday and try to be as flexible as possible but for everyone's, comfort and safety the following applies:
  • No smoking inside
  • NOT be driven through saltwater
  • Dirt roads by prior agreement
  • Outback Paj will be hired out clean inside and out and will be expected to be returned the same, if not a cleaning fee of up to $250.00 will be applied.
  • Unfortunately, we can’t allow pets in the car
  • Diesel fuel tank to be full on return otherwise, a charge of $5.00 per litre will be incurred
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The Outback Paj towed the caravan easily and was comfortable for our family of 4.

    Tom accommodated us last minute as our own tow vehicle had wiring issues. Perth to Exmouth and back, no issues. Great trip.

    This is a reasonable size 7 seater 4WD & great when not towing. We used the vehicle to tow a large caravan(2.7T). Even though manufacturer stated 3.1T capable, it had inadequate suspension & it was underpowered for the task. Fuel economy was poor while towing so limited to 250km distances. Also took 5 d before we found hidden USB connection to display. Battery failed day 10 but owners authorized replacement & quickly sorted.
