Additional Information & Requirements: • Hirers/drivers must be aged 25 or older and hold a full open license. • Long trips are a breeze, allowing up to 100 km per day. Excess kilometers are charged at 0.49c/km. • Stay on the marked roads and follow road rules - off-road and non-gazetted roads aren't covered by insurance. We're here to help plan your route to ensure everyone's covered. • Return the vehicle with a full tank of DIESEL - we'll make sure it's fully fueled at departure. • Maintain cleanliness to keep everyone's experience top-notch. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if not returned in the condition it was received. • Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside the vehicle. • Pets are welcome after approval – let's ensure their safety and the vehicle's cleanliness. • In case of damage, report it promptly through the Camplify app with details. • Most importantly, enjoy your journey to the fullest! Hiring rules
- A checkin response is required to let us know that the vehicle is in good condition and the engine oil level is full, radiator fluid is full and no warning lights are on the dash or unusual noises are present.
- Check the vehicle and trailer weigh to ensure it is compliant for safety and insurance purposes.
- Understand that travel over 100km's a day is charged at 0.49c/km.
- We reserve the right to pass on any infringements, tolls or parking fines incurred during the rental period.
- Understand the interior and exterior of the vehicle must be cleaned by hand (not an automatic car wash). Excessive cleaning fees may occur if the vehicle condition isn’t as it was at handover. Any residual red dirt, dust, mud or sand will incur a $400.00 detail cleaning fee.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
