Hiring rules
- Must not drive through salt water or fresh water deeper than 600mm.
- Pets not allowed inside camper trailer.
- Owners can fill the water tank as well if required.
- Tent to be opened and folded as instructed to ensure it can be correctly put away.
- No Smoking in or around the Camper.
- No Dirt/heavy corrugation, or red dust roads unless prior approval
- Return Camper in the same condition as when it left (Non cleaning penalties apply)
- Report all damages no matter how minor
- Do not exceed the speed limit & drive with caution
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
