Please ask when booking as it will depend on other hires to what times will be available. DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION: - We offer deliveries up to 35kms from BLI BLI. If you need something delivered further than this, please contact us. - The cost is calculated at $3.50 per Km driven (with a $90.00 minimum) - The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and collection. e.g. If the delivery destination is 20kms return, then the cost would be $140.00. - The fee includes set up and pack up of the van at your destination. - DELIVERY + COLLECTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? - Break controller + towing mirrors - Gas and Water supply - Cleaning Products - Hospitality items - Amenities for the caravan - A thorough hand-over - helping with hook up, full instructions for operation and setup, and how to pack up the van. ** The service fee is non-negotiable and DOES NOT cover things like cleaning the van, emptying of the chemical toilet or a muddy / heavily soiled van. If you do not wish to do these tasks, please select the correct option in the extras section - failure to do so will result in additional charges applied ** WHAT DOES THE CAMPLIFY BOOKING FEE COVER? - Comprehensive Insurance - Nationwide roadside assistance - 24-hour customer helpline INSURANCE - Our Caravan is comprehensively insured - The policy does not cover accidental under body damage caused from off-road use. - The minimum age to tow or drive our caravan is 30.

Hiring rules

• Deposits are to be paid within 48 hrs. of booking being 'Approved' to secure your dates – if you need more time or have any problems please contact us. Final Payments are due 30 days before hire.
• Minimum hire is 7 days.
• NO off road, beach driving or extended corrugated roads.
• Short gravel roads are OK to access your campsite/destination.
• NO Smoking in or near the Caravan
• Awning to be packed away before bad weather arises.
• Sheets must be used on the beds to keep the mattress & mattress protector free of dirt even when using a sleeping bag.
• Report any damage through Camplify App, even if minor so that we can ensure it is replaced/fixed for the next hire. Accidents happen so if minor like a broken glass we won't charge you for that.
• The van is to be returned cleaned and in the SAME CONDITION as leaving.
• Cleaning charges will be applied unless you have paid the extra for us to do it for you. Cleaning products have been supplied for your convenience.
• If the van is returned heavily soiled there will be additional cleaning fees taken.
• The toilet must be emptied before return unless you have paid the extra for us to do it for you. Toilet Dump Points can be found in all towns, ask us if you are not sure as there is one close by.
