EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 - they call the NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required.
Hiring rules
- No drivers under the age of 25 .
- No OffRoad
- No Extended Gravel Roads
- No night driving / towing
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions
- No smoking inside
- No pets
- No festivals
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises (eg.strong winds)
- CLEANING ON RETURN OF VAN return the van in clean condition to avoid an excessive cleaning charge of $150.00 being incurred.
- Grey water tank to be empty
- Toilet cassette to be emptied and rinsed.
- GAS Bottles to be returned FULL Can refilled at BCF, Anaconda, BBQ glore for example.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
Pricing
- Hire Fee
- From $130.00 per day
Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
