Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Michael 5.0Awesome van. Easy to tow and setup / pack down (even for inexperienced campers). Natalie and Jamie were amazing- response to communication and accommodating with pick up and drop off requests. All round - fantastic. Will be hiring again.
Tim 5.0Fantastic! Had some issues working out the fridge and Natalie was happy to talk me through it and help :) ended up a wet weekend but no leaks meant we had a dry place to sleep and keep our stuff. Also very lovely family, very pleasant interactions throughout :)
