Hiring rules EMERGENCY – In any emergency/accident, get off the road stay safe and CALL Camplify - 1300 416 133 – They Will Contact NRMA. DAMAGE – Any damage occurs should be reported immediately when you are safe after the incident. Detail of the incident (When, where how etc) are required with few photos. OFF-ROAD – Any off-roading will be agreed prior hire . SMOKING/DRINKING – “NO Smoking” inside the Caravan. Drinking alcohol inside allowed (Any spill over found extra cleaning charges will be applied) CLEANING - You must return the caravan in clean condition (internal and external). Excessive cleaning will incur a charge as follows. Clean the Chem Toilet Only - $110.00, General Internal cleaning (If the Caravan is not clean enough) - $60.00 (In addition to Toilet cleaning), Excessive Internal cleaning (If the interior has not cleaned at all) - $120.00 (In addition to Toilet cleaning), Outback General external cleaning - $75.00, Excessive external cleaning - $250.00 (If the caravan is covered with red dust and/or mud). UNSEALED- Roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. (The hired route may track by the owner) DRIVE & TOW - No night driving/towing for fully hired period, You need to have the Electric break controller, Toll tag is not required for caravans PETS – You can take your loving pets with you.Extra cleaning fee and/or damage recovery fee may be apply depending on the circumstances. (Minimum $50.00 for Pet Cleaning and any damages to be assessed and advised) SERVICE FEE – Service fee is to cover general cleaning, full disinfection and for amnesties only. MILAGE – We include 150km/Day, additional millage will be charged $0.25/Km for maintenance. PICKUP & DROP OFF - Caravan to be picked up after 9am and shall be returned before 5pm on returning day. $20.00/hr extra charge for late returning. FESTIVALS – No festivals at all the time of hiring. AWNING – Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises. We recommend to pack it before you go to sleep. SPECIAL NOTE :If awning is not functioning properly, we are providing a 3mX3m easy set up Gazebo for free to compensate the awning. FOODS – We appreciate your foods and selections. However, the smelly foods are strictly prohibited inside the caravan. If found additional cleaning charges may apply. LOCATION - Pick Up from Patterson Lakes Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
