Bathroom including shower/ ability to bath smaller children and separate toilet.
Enough storage internally to comfortably pack away items. Bench seating with table which can be converted to a 5th bed.
Air conditioning and fans.
Outdoors including use of Webber babyQ(optional), 4 camp chairs and table with flooring.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Grahame 5.0We had a great weekend in the Road Owl. Benjamin sets up the van and runs through everything you need to know. Great communication from Benjamin and he was very understanding in able to move dates by a day to miss the 170mm of rain that hit the East Coast.
