Hiring rules

• Hirers must be over 25 years of age
• Toilet cassette must be emptied before returned or further charges apply.
• No smoking inside the van at any time.
• Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Pets are not allowed on beds or couches.
• Any damage to the caravan will be charged accordingly.
• Any pet hair left in the caravan will be charged a cleaning fee of $350.00.
• No offroad use, no beach use, no rough tracks.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Caravan must be returned in same condition as it left.
• Cleaning option is available starting at $99.00 & charged at hourly rate.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  Thanks Mark and the team at Ooh Caravans! The Jayco was near on perfect for our family of 5 for our off-grid holiday at Bluff Creek (Kenilworth). The layout of Mark's van is excellent - the three bunks are really good for the kids and noticeably wider than other bunks have been in some of the stacked triple bunk vans we have hired before. The kids loved sleeping on them, finding them very comfortable. When the kids sleep well, so do we - very happy! The van has everything we needed and then some. The solar / battery setup is amazing and we never had to even think about power, over our holiday. Plenty of gas and that amazing solar setup means worry free holidays. Loved it! The Jayco towed easily and was very well balanced. Mark and the team were very easy to deal with, communicating often and nothing was too much trouble. The handover and instructions were quick, easy and got us on the road with confidence. Overall, our family are very happy and will certainly be hiring again from Mark. Thanks again Mark!!   We took this van to Straddie for a week and found it a wonderful choice. Plenty of room, clean, tidy and very comfortable. The handover was a breeze. Everything was clearly explained leaving me confident I made the right choice. Thanks Shannan and Mark. I will be back again.

  We had a great holiday in this van. Was easy to tow and set up. We had no previous experience but this van was perfect for us. We all had a great time and we will certainly hire again in future. It had everything we needed for our week away. Mark was very helpful and answered all our questions.

  Fantastic van for our trip. Just perfect for ours needs. Great handover and explanations. Good communication overall. Some items and suggestions for the van for future hiring was welcomed and appreciated. Wouldn't hesitate to hire through Mark again.
