Hiring rules
- No pets or off road camping
- No smoking/vaping inside, please be considerate if smoking/vaping outside that if windows are open
- Hirer to return the van in a clean/tidy state inside & outside other wise a fee will apply.
- NOTE allow 30mins for prehire handover and please communicate clearly with times to pick up/drop off
- Notify Camp ground that you are using Camplify hire van and give time of arrival
- Note normal hours 2pm check in and 10 am checkout peak times Camp grounds are very strict, please consider if you use delivery option I will have to leave by 10 am.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Robyn and Lewis were so accommodating and helpful, they went above and beyond. Super friendly and felt very at ease and thankful that we had chosen to hire from them. He even supplied an adaptor for the automatic break system, as my adaptor was different to that of the van. Loved the camper, perfect size for two adults and two children. Highly recommend Lewi and the camper!!!
