Hiring rules

• No smoking permitted inside the van.
• No unsealed road, off road or corrugated road towing.
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
• The mattress protectors (supplied by us) must be used.
• Please look after the van as if it is your own and return it in the condition that you received it.
• When returning the van, please report any damage or van related issues that you experienced.
• Towing mirrors can be supplied by us for an additional $20.00 fee.
• Brake controller will be supplied.
• The van has a 12 pin flat trailer plug/socket. If your car doesn't have the same, we have adaptors that we can supply (7 pin small round and 7 pin flat).
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER? Gas in the gas bottles and basic cleaning/tea/coffee supplies.
• WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER? The booking fee is charged by Camplify. It covers comprehensive insurance, premium roadside assistance, a 24hr help line and a secured payment & bond system.
• EMERGENCY / BREAKDOWNS: Stop and assess the situation. Call us when it is safe to do so. We will assist you with what to do next. If we are unavailable, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 to connect you to roadside assistance.

• Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

  We had an awesome time away. Everything Ava the Avan had to offer was exactly what we needed. Everything worked well. Nothing was broken. I especially liked that the fridge ran solely on solar power as we had very little access to power. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and I would definitely recommend this Van to anyone.
