For people like us that wanted try before you buy and are not quite ready to invest and be able to store a camper it was perfect.

Mick was a pleasure to do business with, very easy to communicate with and delivered the camper to our door with a quick run through of its assembly and features.

Camper has been fitted out with everything you would need, so the only things that are needed is your bedding, clothes and food.

Unwind camper hire were fantastic! The van was great and stocked with everything you could need, its obvious that Unwind is operated by very experienced campers! They were very helpful and flexible with the pickup and drop off times and showed us everything we need to know to get it set up and packed away. Mick was great and even gave us a tour of one his other vans as we are looking to purchase our own. I definitely recommend Unwind, I cant give them a big enough compliment!

Hiring the unwind camper from Mick Hodges was such a good experience. The trailer was clean, comfortable with all we needed.
Mick delivered on time& set it up --levelled & braced so no down hill slide or rocking.!
Not only that ,he happily packed it up when everyone had departed.
This was a very good solution for the family overflow at Christmas time.

Mick and Kyles are fantastic. Highly recommend them. This was our first caravan experience. We hired the Swan and its was perfect, extremely clean and had everything you needed. We had owner drop off and pick up which was great and set up perfectly. Have already re-booked for next year with UNWIND. I extremely recommend this company to anyone.

Fantastically setup with big all round clear view windows. This meant we could soak up the views, keep an eye on the kids and never miss a catch up. Easy pick up and friendly service we have used these guys now for two years and will keep coming back!

Our experience with this van was AMAZING! We had such a great time while away, the van had everything we needed to ensure a fantastic time. The service and communication was outstanding and the explanation was very detailed making sure that I was well aware of what to do - it left nothing for me to be confused about. I would highly recommend this hire company, you can be sure I will be using them again!

We found that Mick and Kylie were excellent to deal with. Very accommodating and helpful. Mick even spent a good 25 minutes fixing my tow ball issue. The van was very well set up with all that you require for cooking eating and cleaning. Very neat and tidy inside and out. Well maintained with all components functioning how they should. My family had a fabulous 3 night stay in 'Jono'. The van was very clean and really comfortable. Mick and Kyles were fantastic to deal with, great communication made it so easy to arrange the delivery and collection of the van to the holiday park we stayed in. Would highly recommend Unwind!

Our introduction to the camping life couldnt have gone better. The camper trailer had everything we needed, from kettles, to beer coolers, pots, pans, chairs and tables and all as good as brand new.
Mick was great to communicate with, giving plenty tips and guidance for an easy setup.

We hired the 'swan' from Mick and Kylie from Unwind. The process was amazing the camper was fitted out with nothing left out. All we needed was our linen and ourselves. Mick and Kylie were fantastic to deal with and we will be return customers because of it.

This was our first venture into Camplify and we were certainly not disappointed. Mick and Kylie were absolutely phenomenal. From the timing of the pick up and the instructions on how to use the camper, all the way through to the post hire phone call to check how it all went. Thoroughly professional. The camper itself 'JONO' was so easy to use. After Mick talked us through it upon pick up, it went up and out really effortlessly. All really common sense stuff. Mick and Kylie have decked this thing out with EVERYTHING!. I don't know what else you could add to make it any easier or better prepared. (I am a bit torn to give too much of a great review for fear it will be booked out next time we want it!) But seriously, we couldn't rate this high enough. I don't know why you would buy a camper if you only use it half a dozen times a year.....! Camplify and Unwind have it covered. Thanks again Mick and Kylie.

We had a great week at Ulladulla and found that Jono was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and quite straightforward to put up and take down. There really is no need to take anything but your bedding and food, everything has been considered as far as meal prep and food storage is concerned.
I would definitely recommend Unwind if you are considering hiring a camper.

We had a fabulous time in the camper - mostly thanks to the outstanding service offered by Mick and Kylie. The camper was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. You do just need to bring food, bedding and clothes - everything else is done for you! Mick was an absolute gem and changed our round pin adapter to a flat pin for free so that we could use the electric brakes. And he did this in the pouring rain! Yes, it rains every time we go camping...you’re welcome, NSW! The camper was absolutely spotless and we loved dealing with Mick. The prepared instructions as well as his guide on how to set up and pack down was absolutely spot on. Thanks for making it such a lovely weekend :)

This was our first time using Camplify and I'm so glad our first booking was the Unwind Camper Trailer Hire — 'Swan' with Mick and Kylie. Communication was excellent through the booking process, during pickup we were introduced to the Jayco Swan Outback with a full demonstration, all questions were answered and we knew Mick was only a phone call away if we had any issues.

The camper trailer was as described, comfortable, clean and in very good condition. All provisions were included such as camping chairs, table, and a full kitchen which made packing for the trip far easier. It even came with an included wireless electric brake controller which was a deal maker for us as our car doesn’t have one fitted.

My family and i hired the Jayco Swan for a little weekend get away from Unwind camper trailer hire, and it was by far one of our best family memories that we could have imagined.
The van was equipped with everything you could possibly need whether you were staying at a caravan park or free camp site (even down to the stubby cooler's!) the extra benefit of having the child friendly bed guards worked a treat for the 6 month old who is currentlyon the move, it meant i could cook with both hands whilst watching him play!
The pick up and return was effortless.
The swan was in pristine condition, on the inside and out. very clean and tidy with every cupboard neatly organised, and arranged to make your holiday a great relaxed experience. My daughter enjoyed the board games that were on hand too.
setting up and packing away was uncomplicated and if in doubt Kylie & mick had a clear written checklist situated in the van to assist with.
Mick and Kylie were so accommodating and overall just a wonderful couple, you could tell that they both thoroughly enjoy providing families with the ultimate accommodation whilst camping.
We would like to thank Mick & Kylie once again for allowing our family to hire theUnwind camper trailer, which enabled us to spend quality family time together to create memories amongst the beauty of nature, that this country has to offer.
