Please note: That the site you book must be easily accessible. By this we mean, we will deliver to some sites where access is by gravel roads which are in good condition. We will NOT deliver to sites accessed by steep, uneven, narrow gravel roads. Bedding options & sizes Rear bed we have setup permanently with ensemble double bed mattress & mattress topper, 2.2m L x 1.4m W Centre dining table can convert to bed with cushions as mattress 1.8m L x 1m W Overhead bed with standard motorhome mattress & mattress topper 2.1m L x 1.5m W Fridge runs on Gas, 240v or 12v Multiple USB ports throughout & standard 12v ports Delivery & setup will be ready for you to occupy 1.5 hrs after access to your site is confirmed. e.g: Most sites allow access for motorhome & caravans or campers from midday. If we are delivering to a private site, I am happy to discuss earlier occupancy Check out is 10am. For private site bookings I am happy to discuss a later checkout. Toilet Cassette ECO Solution is supplied, This solution removes odour and helps to break down waste, has no bacteria, enzymes, biocides, chemicals or bleaches & is 100% biodegradable For use in a small portable toilet, cassette or holding tank, grey water system, septic or biological waste system Please Note: toilet cassette must be emptied & clean prior to your departure, otherwise disposal & cleaning fee will be charged @75.00

  The holiday was incredible! We attended CMC 2025 and to say it was effortless was an understatement. The communication between Gavin and myself was amazing and as we chose the set up option we just arrived on the day to everything set up and ready for us to relax and unwind.
