• Safe and Enjoyable Travel with Vanessa
• Your wellbeing and satisfaction are our utmost priorities as you set off on your journey with Vanessa. Here's vital information for a smooth and memorable trip:
• 🆘 Emergency Help: In case of dashboard warning lights or an accident, pull over for safety. Contact Camplify at (02) 4075 2000, then Option 4; they'll call the NRMA. Please call us after. Your safety matters.
• 🚫 Road Limitations: No offroad, beach, gravel, or unsealed roads without prior written approval through Camplify Messages. Familiarize yourself with insurance terms and conditions. Evidence of unsealed travel incurs a $300.00 undercarriage inspection/clean fee plus any damage at cost.
• 🚬 No Smoking: Maintain a smokefree interior for all travelers.
• 🧹 Cleaning and Maintenance: Return the van as clean inside as at pickup Properly clean and store equipment, ensure a clean fridge, and remove all rubbish. Kindly help maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, disposing of rubbish, and ensuring the toilet cassette is emptied and cleaned unless you opt for additional cleaning services.
• Please note that even if you are paying for emptying of the toilet cassette then you are still responsible for cleaning any overflow while driving so you will need to only use to no more than 75% capacity, ensure fully closed and drive to conditions. If prepaying for cleaning you may also need to empty and clean the toilet cassette during your booking if more than 3 days to continuing using the cassette.
• 🦟 Exterior care: Remove mud, tree sap, bugs, and red road dust throughout your booking time. Hand and hose wash without abrasives; no automatic car wash. Fees up to $100.00 may apply for excessive exterior cleaning.
• 🧼 Interior cleaning fee of up to $250.00 if the van if returned with excess cleaning needed inside. $150.00 if the toilet cassette is not emptied and fully rinsed out. Please consider our Extra Products options if cleaning isn't practical for you or you wanting to skip the housework while on holidays. We offer prepaid cleaning services for your convenience. Save money and worry by prebooking this in the Optional Extras.
• 🦍 Care for the Van: Handle the van's fitout and delicate items with care. Report any damage as soon as it occurs for a fair solution and so we may prepare a solution hopefully in time for the next booking.
• 🛣️ Distance and Kilometres: 200km/day allowance, excess charged at $0.60km. Plan your trip to stay within this limit or consider extending your booking.
• ⛽ Fuel: Diesel Only. Return with a full tank as at pickup to avoid refueling costs
• 🚐 Tolls and Infringements: Any tolls and infringements during the rental will be your responsibility. Follow road rules, drive cautiously and to road conditions. Fines will be transferred into your name, especially where points are applicable or processed to you posthire as additional charges.

  Vanessa was awesome and had everything you could need, cleverly tucked away somwhere :-) I had such an amazing time in the van, I wish I was able to stay longer.
