• Important Terms & Conditions
• This is strictly a NONSMOKING vehicle, so no smoking inside, any evidence found of smoking at the post hire check will result in a $500.00 cleaning fee/charge.
• No offroad driving including beaches sealed roads only.
• No pets unless previously informed and approved
• Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
• Free camping is at this risk of hirer. Any fines incurred are at the hirers expense.
• No Island travel to Moreton Island or Fraser Island etc.
• Surf Boards MUST be stored in covers
• Return all items in good condition, RV must return cleaned and returned as you received it with the cleaning products provided (no harsh brushes to be used on exterior) or risk a fee
• Hirer must empty toilet before returning. The cassette toilet is recommended for urination only.
• Must have full tank of fuel on return.
• Kilometre included = to 200 km's perday of booking, eg; 5 day hire 1,000k's included
• A full run through at PickUp (Allow 60 minutes)
• All breakages and/or damage must be paid for
• Maximum clearance 2.8mt, do not attempt to park in shopping centres or underground car parks or go through a "Drive Thru"
• Length 5.95 mt's
• No Towing
• LOSS OF KEYS: If keys are lost a reprogramming and replacement fee of $450.00 will be charged

• EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
• DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
• NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads
• LONG TRIPS After allowed distance with your booking you will be charged 50.c per kilometre at the completion of the trip payable in cash at drop off.
• FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
• CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur an extra charge.
• 2 night hire is available offpeak and during shoulder dates. Message to enquire
• No MUSIC FESTIVALS (without prior disclosure and approval) if approved the following will apply:
• FESTIVAL RULES (if booking is approved):
• • Festivals are charged at a higher daily rate
• • To secure the dates the deposit must be made within 24 hours of booking
• • You must include the cleaning with toilet fee in your booking $149.00
• • If flying in you must include Linen fee in your booking $50.00 + towels and other items if needed.
• • Most Festivals do not provide power so you will need to be aware that if the weather is overcast the Solar system will only provide limited power so you will need to start and run the motor each day to charge the batteries for the fridge etc
• • Most Festivals do not have “dump stations” onsite so you need to be aware you will have to use public toilets once the toilet cassette is full as you will not be able to empty it, it has a 20lt capacity
• • Most Festivals do not have fresh water hook up so you need to be aware that the Motorhome only holds 120lts of water so you may want to use public showers and reserve this for drinking and cleaning etc
• • It is the hirers responsibility to make sure that have purchased the relevant entry and camping tickets. NOTE: Vehicle length is 5.95mt’s.
• • NOTE: Gas bottles for the hot water and cooking are tagged and part of the RV so generally allowed
• • If grounds are wet shoes are to be removed before entering the Motorhome
• • Please treat our Motorhome as if it was your own

  Enjoyable holiday, Van drove well, amenities were adequate, clean and tidy. Necessities (fridge stove shower and modular toilet) worked well. Spent 5 days in Parkes at the Elvis Presley Festival. Great fun. 40 degrees temperatures in Parkes, Inadequate ( nil) air conditioning in Van made it extremely uncomfortable . Bed position meant two middle aged people had to climb over one another to get in and out, just a bit awkward. Overall we had a great time. regards Phil and Alison

  We had a wonderful holiday in the van- it was just what we needed. The bed was super comfy and having the bathroom was such a luxury! The van was lovely to drive. Setting up and packing up was a breeze with only having to roll out the awning with a handle which provided shade and great spot to enjoy meals or relaxing with your book. Stanton was wonderful with the hand over and gave us many tips with his local knowledge to ensure we had the best holiday. Would definitely recommend Hayley & Stanton's van for your next holiday adventure!

  This van was perfect for us, it is comfortable and very well equipped and easy to drive. We especially loved the solar power, plenty of water to use and overall everything one could need on a trip. Hayley and Stanton were great , they were very helpful and always answered our messages promptly . Definitely 5 stars for the overall experience.
