Hiring rules

• Pickup of the RV is from our home at Benowa. For hirers landing at Coolongatta, there is a No: 777 bus service that leaves the terminal for Broadbeach South Bus Station every 10 minutes. The fare is 50c per person. From the station walk 350 metres to nearby Draculas. By arrangement, call me once you are on the 777 bus, then I will drive to the nearby Draculas and pick you up and take you to my home, a 10 minute drive away.
• If you choose to travel more than 200km per day hired, an additional charge or 50 cents per km will be made.
• We also set travel limits of Cairns Qld. northbound, Canberra/Bega/Wagga region southbound and generally west to the Newell A39 and Leichhardt A5 highways.
• Please advise your general route when booking. For exemptions please ask.
• No smoking allowed inside the RV.
• Our RV was built in 2006. We have the van serviced every 10,000km. We attend to all the mechanic's recommendations so that the van is in a roadworthy condition. We strive to keep the RV with the advertised features.
• Minor defects can occur, very occasionally major defects can occur. Roadside Assistance is available to help in most cases. But with some defects you may be asked to buy and/or fit a minor defective part yourself. You will be reimbursed. We will not be responsible for any delays or compensation in such circumstances.
• Camplify does not permit RV usage on unsealed roads without prior approval. We support this rule.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Julian is a great, very clear communication and instructions. The van has everything you will need, including many basic tools, kitchen supplies, smart tv, air con, chairs, table etc. 1st gear was a little sticky, and cosmetic evidence of previous guest wear that you would expect on an older van. These are minor and our overall experience was outstanding, largely thanks to Julian himself who was flexible, thoughtful and had strong communication - Highly recommend

  The van drove really good & very comfortable, but the front air conditioner needs gas it didnt work properly.
