Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The camper was everything we needed for our trip away! Information given and the attention to detail in the manual was great. Highly recommend this camper for a small family.

    The Van had everything you need for a short trip. It can accommodate 3 adults (around 6 feet) or 2 adults and 2 kids. It is a light weight camper trailer and easy to tow, however, be careful with your shockers. Make sure you have firm shockers. We hired a solar panel and it charges the battery enough and you dont need a powered site to use this. It takes 4-5 minutes to setup and pack up (without the awning annex). Setting up the awning annex could take longer. Make sure to setup the camper trailer Pav is very cooperative and excellent in communication. Overall, I will recommend the camper trailer and it was an absolutely amazing experience for a first timer.
