Hiring rules

• 1️⃣ Return Condition – The camper must be returned in the same condition as it was picked up to avoid cleaning charges. Please take care of it! This includes cleaning the interior, exterior, and underneath before return.
• 2️⃣ Damage Reporting – Any damages must be reported upon return and as soon as possible during your trip.
• 3️⃣ OffRoad Use – Taking the camper offroad is negotiable, but you must inform us about your trip length and location in advance. A $10.00 per day offroad charge applies due to extra wear and tear.
• ✔ All unsealed roads must be approved through Camplify messages (as required by insurance).
• 4️⃣ Insurance Approval for Unsealed Roads – If you plan to drive off bitumen, please ensure you are familiar with the insurance policy’s exclusion terms and conditions.
• 5️⃣ Fridge Use – No bait or fish in the fridge! If the fridge requires professional cleaning due to strong odors, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
• 6️⃣ Sink Safety – Do not pour boiling or hot water into the kitchen sink! The plastic drain hose will melt, causing damage.

  Ringo is a very lovely guy, friendly and down to earth. Very accomodating and helpful to our needs. Any questions we had on the actual holiday he answered for us. The camper was great, clean and in great working order, we went to Esperance, shame we couldnt control the weather . Thanks Kate and Ringo, we would definitely hire again from you guys
