DELIVERY / SET-UP OPTION:
Adventure Shack does offer deliveries up to 300kms from our Chandler depot. The charge for this service is $1 per Km. The delivery distance is calculated for drop off and collection. I.e. If the delivery destination is 100kms then the charge would be $200. The fee does also include set up and pack up of the van at your chosen destination. We do also offer deliveries to Fraser and Stradbroke islands, these do incur extra fees to cover the cost of the ferry. Please also note that delivery is subject to the availability of drivers.
WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
The service fee includes the electric brake controller, towing mirrors, gas for the vans and a standard pre-handover clean. The service fee DOES NOT cover things like mud, sand or salt covered vans -- nor does it cover the return of a toilet that hasn't been emptied. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the van (interior + exterior), you can opt to pay the $99 âclean the van for me' option. If you do not want to empty the toilet before return, you can opt to pay the $199 âclean the van for me including toilet' option. If you breach the cleanliness rules, you will be charged these extra fees from your bond. The service fee is not negotiable.
WHAT DOES THE BOOKING FEE COVER?
The Camplify booking fee covers important things like insurance, nationwide roadside assistance, 24 hour customer helpline, $3000 emergency accommodation protection, third party management of bond and transaction fees. The booking fee is not negotiable.

The camper trailer was a fun weekend away with family. As per our last trip the guys at Adventure Shack were fantastic. We have always wanted to try out a camper trailer but a little too much work for us setting/packing up. So we will stick to the caravans from now on.
Awesome with no troubles and very friendly blokes at Adventure
Great setup and Luke was very easy to deal with.
Handover was a bit complicated, but well suplemented with handouts and installation video.
Trailer was really easy to tow and setting up was quite straightforward for the camper. The awning also was easy once we worked out all the poles and canvas needed.
love camping, grew up in the bush out in our swags every weekend
