Linen is not included. Full bedding can he added for a $99.00 fee. This includes, pillows, sheets & doonas for both beds. Outside table and 4 chairs available for hire at $20.00 per booking. Kitchen is stocked with a bin & liners. Broom & dust pan. Electric fry pan, coffee machine, Kettle & toaster. Foil, cling wrap, baking paper, dish liquid, surface spray, cloths, paper towel, tea towels. Pots, pans, pizza tray, strainer, salad bowl, all cutlery, knifes, cups, plates, platter, wine cups, mugs, chopping & cheese boards. Welcome snack, Coffee, tea, raw sugar, Oil, salt and pepper. Universal charging cable. Single burner butane gas cooker for outside with gas canisters. KUBB - lawn game, Uno, books & board games
Hiring rules
- Strictly no smoking/vaping in the van. A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged if not adhered too.
- No cats in the van please.
- Please avoid jumping or bouncing on the beds, if struts, zips or canvas are damaged due to misuse a repair fee will be charged.
- Please be gentle with canvas zippers. Any damage will incur a repair fee.
- We understand camping in nature can be dirty. Please clean out as much sand and dirt as possible before handover to avoid the extra cleaning fee.
- Leave the van as you received it. no need to pack away bed ends but do please clean up after yourself, clean dishes and pack away & give everything a good wipe down. Clean oven, fridge & cooking equipment after use.
- Cleaning fee of $100.00 will be automatically applied if the van is not clean after use.
- If you break something, let me know asap. you may be required to cover costs of broken items.
- 8.5kg gas bottle & 4 small gas cans for outside cooker included in service fee. If you run these dry and need more gas they will need to be replaced at your own expense. 8.5kg is a swap and go bottle and can be swapped for approx $35.00 at most service stations.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
