Dirt/Unsealed Roads.:
Jayco's Outback range have been designed and constructed to give added strength and ground clearance, for limited unsealed road usage. Gas venting regulations and other construction restraints limit the effectiveness of these RVs against dust and water penetration. Under no circumstances should these RVs be exposed to water crossings at, or above, body floor level.
We strongly recommend towing at safe speed according to travel conditions with extra care and attention required on uneven surfaces. The van is NOT designed for hard impact, heavy landings, severely rutted roads, or tracks.
Gravel roads not at a slow speed may cause rock chips. Excessive rocks chips will be classified as damage to the RV.

Warren was fabulous to deal with and nothing was a problem it was very easy hiring a van. The van was very clean and tidy and had everything that we possibly needed for our holiday. All we needed to pack was our clothes. Would highly recommend hiring from Warren as it made our trip very enjoyable.

So happy with our first experience.
From the moment we booked, all the way through to picking up the van & returning it, Warren was great !!
As first timers hiring a caravan, we felt completely at ease once picking it up.
Warren explained everything we needed to know, & demonstrated how to setup, pack up, connect, disconnect etc.
Beds were comfortable, linen was fresh.
Could not recommend Warren & his caravan enough, especially for first timers.
Was a wonderful experience.

Hired the caravan for a long weekend. Warren was extremely helpful in the process. the caravan was very clean and well presented. It carried everything you need for an enjoyable getaway. we literally packed our clothes and food and away we went. very easy to set up and made for an enjoyable family weekend. we will be a return customer. We were caravan novices, wanting a "trial" long weekend in a caravan, to see if we could seriously consider an around Australia trip in the future.
Warren and his wife, Jo, took care of everything for us; they went above and beyond!
Living in the beautiful Lake Macquarie area, Warren was happy to transport and set up his van for us in the impressive Swansea Gardens Lakeside Holiday Park.
Warren and Jo ran us through the set up of the van (so as we'd get an idea of what was involved). They easily expanded the caravan for us, connected up the water/power/drainage and walked us through the caravan, showing us how things worked.
The caravan was immaculate, spacious and inviting. Everything we could possibly need had been considered and attended. The linen was lovely & plush. The inner spring mattress made for a great night's sleep. The toilet and shower ensuite came in very handy- the shower temperature and water pressure was impressive. We made use of the stove and BBQ (again, very clean), and the outdoor table and chairs made for a great spot to watch the sunset. The fan and air conditioner provided good relief from the hot summer days. Little extras like a games cupboard made for a fun weekend.
Warren and Jo were very accommodating and flexible, and provided lots of useful information re caravaning and the local area.
We can't recommend them enough.
A huge thank you to Warren and Jo for ensuring a fabulous weekend in a lovely home on wheels :)....Australia....here we come!!
