Hiring rules
- Toilet canister must be emptied & rinsed prior to return
- Toilet & shower must be cleaned prior to return
- Utensils & cooking facilities must be cleaned prior to return
- Additional cleaning fee's will be charged if Van & accessories are not returned in the same state of cleanliness as when hired out.
- No smoking inside, or within 10m of an open door or window.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather/ strong winds broken awnings are expensive!
- We expect the van be returned in the same condition as it was hired out cleaning charges will apply if not.
- Tow Vehicle must have a minimum 2500kg towing capacity
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- LONG TRIPS Hirers are welcome to take the van up to 200 km's a day for the duration of the hire period. After 200km's, you will be charged 30.c per kilometre at the completion of the trip from your bond.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and Van. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
