Hiring rules
- Strictly no smoking.
- Caravan and hired equipment must be given a basic clean prior to return additional cleaning fee will be applied if returned dirty.
- Awning is not to be used when windy.
- Strictly no offroad use.
- Hirer must have Full Drivers Licence and collect the van in person (with I.D).
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
